Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the ASVAB Tutoring Website website and the ASVAB Tutoring mobile application (together or individually, the “Service”) operated by ASVAB Tutoring LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not access or use the service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who use our platform.
Subscription
1. Purchases
If you choose to purchase any product or service through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain relevant information, including but not limited to:
- Credit or debit card details
- Expiration date
- Billing and shipping addresses
By submitting this information, you confirm that:
(i) You have the legal right to use the payment method provided, and
(ii) All information supplied is true, correct, and complete.
We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate secure transactions. By submitting payment information, you consent to its sharing with these processors under the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Service or product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
2. Accounts
Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these terms and our privacy policy on their behalf. The parent or guardian will be responsible for all activity conducted under the account.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years of age, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Persons under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
When creating an account, you agree to:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
False or bad-faith claims may result in liability for damages (including legal fees).

All content, features, and functionality available through the Service—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of ASVAB Tutoring LLC and its licensors.
The Service is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized use.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the service at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.
6. Dispute Claims
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, access to services may be temporarily suspended while the matter is under review. If the dispute is resolved in favor of ASVAB Tutoring LLC, access will be restored.
7. Refund Policy
All subscriptions are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. By purchasing, you acknowledge that access to digital services is provided immediately and constitutes consumption of the product.
8. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. The renewal terms, including pricing and billing frequency, are disclosed at the time of purchase.
9. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.
If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service.
